I got some Creole Kick. I made baked chicken with it. I also added it to my egg, sausage, onion and cheese casserole.

Love how this recipe came together… but can I use good ol' 2% milk instead of heavy cream? I love me some heavy cream but it makes me feel like a truck ran me over if I have just a bit too much LOL That way with 2% I can hopefully eat more and not regret the bathroom trip the next day? lol
