    I love whenever u do this. I make a pasta salad with veggie pasta. I get the less expensive tri-colored rotini (great value 79 cents)and mix it with the more expensive veggies pasta (barrilla $1.67). The tri has tomato pasta and spinach. The barilla veggie has zucchini. Cook 4 cups of dry pasta for 8 cups of cooked and cooled pasta. Add 1/2 cup each diced tomato and cucumber, 4 tblsp chopped black olives, 2 tblsp chopped onion. Add 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing. Toss and serve. Tastes even better the next day. Makes 4 two cup servings.
