    I watched a documentary the other day and I dont want to eat animal based foods anymore.

    I am a Christian too, I want to honor my body. I just can't seem to figure out how to do this in an easier way. I want to go cold turkey.

    Just found your channel and envy your lifestyle. Hubby and I have been vegan for about six months, but still rely a lot on processed vegan products and not enough of the whole foods. Also, we live and cook for mother in law who is not vegan and we are all used to heavy southern cooking with lots of sauces and gravies. So our dilemma is how to transition to the WFPB lifestyle, fearing that our food will have no taste.

    I love how all 3 of these are so versatile. I did something along the lines of the Mexican one today over romaine lettuce and had finely chopped red onion as well. So delicious! But I think the curry will be my favorite of the 3, though it’s hard to choose!
