Good recipe, though I'd like to amend it with a method I learned recently: Don't cool the parboiled grates completely. Instead, give them a quick rinse/dunk, then spread them out. This way, you lower the temperature below boiling but retain enough thermal energy for additional steam to drive off moisture.
Awful recipe, this is not an Indian tikki, rather hash brown… I don't know why is she adding all purpose flour and corn flour!
