Like you, ironing is not usually my favorite task. We do have a small portable ironing board with us though. I don't like it when my clothes look like they have been squished in a tiny camper closest! lol. The plant supplier is good to know about for gift ideas. Thank you for the recipe ideas too! We have our Instant Pot with us. I have found it very valuable.

Those plants are beautiful…I already have the two same smaller plants, but from a local store. However, I really love that larger one you ordered I’m going to try to find that one using your link! Also, the potato leek soup looks good! A trick to keep your cutting board from sliding around is to place a damp paper towel under it…works like a charm!

I love the plants and plan on ordering some. I want you to know your channel has made a difference in my life. I am 80 years old and have been a homemaker and stay at home mom all my life, but I lost interest these past years, until Covid and YouTube came into my life. Especially, you, Robin with your love of Christ, family, and home. Thank you and God Bless you.

Good morning, it’s Monday here morning here. I’m watching this at 6.30 am having my morning coffee.
First thing I noticed was a new iron, mine like yours also broke and couldn’t replace it. So had to choose another🤗
I enjoyed your video, you do things with such intention. Beautiful to watch.
    Have a lovely week 🌿

Great video as always, Robin! Now I’m in the mood for soups! lol 🥰
Can you believe that I’ve had an Instant Pot for a few years now; and I have never even opened the box? 😳
I seem to have a fear of it for some reason!! lol I keep thinking that I will get it out and just try it out…and I must say that these 2 soup recipes of yours sort of nudged me a little bit! 😉
I also have to say…I love to iron also!! I do so much thinking and planning in my mind while I iron, and I find it rather relaxing and soothing. It’s nice to see that you still enjoy it as well. 🥰
I hope you are having a great week! I put away our fall decor today, and got out and put up our Christmas decor ….(just not the tree yet; we wait for December 1st for the tree….) …my decorating today made me think of looking forward to your Christmas decor video also.
    🎄🥰
    Blessings my friend!

You seem to move to smoothly, slowly, and gracefully around your home and the world. I wonder if you move more slowly when filming or if you are always that graceful. I feel like I rush frantically around all the time and admire your grace so much.

Since my husband and I both retired, my ironing has gone from outfits for five days a week each, to maybe one or two items every few weeks. Now we joke about my "mountain of ironing" which might consist of one blouse or one pair of khakis for hubby. What a difference!

Hello Robin I really enjoy your videos the Leek and Potatoe soup looks delicious my mouth was watering for a taste 😂 to help your chopping board from moving around place a wet tea towel underneath it's safer for you I always have a dried celery salt in my pantry for soups if I haven't got fresh . Have a lovely week Xxxx

Hi Robin. These soups look delicious. Thanks for posting. Have you ever tried using fresh bay leaves, since they’re available this time of year? Huge flavor difference IMO. And they last forever in the fridge, but if the do dry out a bit, they’re still usable and way more intense favor than what you find in the spice aisle. Have a great week.

Austin looked happy at the park. The plants are beautiful. The recipes look delicious. Have what I need to transcribe but so far haven't been able to get any of the starter jobs. I couldn't get the audio to play at the first place. I couldn't figure out the pay rate in the second one. Failed the assessment in the third one. Sent an application to the fourth one. Need more income to get certified as a transcriptionist and they would build me a site to get clients.

Hi Robin! Thanks for another great video! I love the idea of the plants with their special watering system: how convenient! Your dog is so playful and fun to watch! I know he is not a puppy anymore, but to me, he sure seems to have the same high energy level!

When I iron (which I used to dread also!), I love to watch TV or listen to music like you did. I’m “almost” disappointed when I finish because I enjoyed so much what I watched or listen to!

Your recipes looked so yummy, but I don’t have an Instant Pot. I thought of buying one, but I don’t know if I should buy the small one or the big one. It’s only my husband an I, so maybe the smallest would suffice, but then again, if I want to make bigger recipes to have meals prepared in advance, the bigger one would be great. Would you have any advice? If you don’t have time, don’t worry! I wish you a wonderful and blessed week! 💙💙🐶🐶😍😍

Hi sweet Robin – I love that plant idea. I have so been enjoying all my plants on my deck. Rachel and I pruned a bunch of them back a few weeks ago. Mainly some hibiscus that had gotten very leggy. But they are doing great already it’s starting to put out more leaves and blooms. I’m wondering how your lantana is doing up there. I love Lantana and I have been looking for some down here but they have to wait for spring but I didn’t know how they would do in the winter months. If there’s a freeze I usually bring all my plants on the deck in the garage. I’ve had the same plants for years and they still continue to thrive. That potato leek soup looked fabulous. I think it would be perfectly fine with out cheese. I am a big cheese lover but I never put cheese in my potato soups. I’m like you and just don’t think it’s necessary. We had a good Thanksgiving down here with almost as many animals as we had people. All of our kids are animal lovers. I’m doing well and antsy to be doing more than what they want me to do. Rachel is coming over tomorrow to help me do some light Christmas decorating. I’m not putting out near as much as usual since we will be going to Dallas this year. Hope you got everything taken care of from the hail storm you had. Thank you for your continued great videos. You do such a good job. Love in Christ

If the only fail on the one recipe is that it was too spicy 🥵 hot. Than try the recipe again and leave out the spices that are making the dish too spicy 🥵 hot or at least reduce the amount used. Thai and East Indian cuisine is very spicy and when ever I eat either cuisine at a restaurant I request that the food I order be made mild. So try the recipe again and make the adjustments necessary so the spicy 🥵 level is more to your taste. I say this because both Thai and East Indian cuisine is absolutely delicious and amazing and not to be missed even if made mildly spicy and not it’s usually spicy 🥵 hot!!!!
