I know I'm not the vegan norm, but I'm not a great fan of sweet potato. It's the sweet that's a problem for me. It's possibly a childhood thing. My mother is a dreadful cook and she used to roast them with the weekly baked dinner. They were never good. I'm ok with it in dessert recipes (some of those would be good Anja, I never have things to take places as a contribution) but I don't like it in a bowl, soup, salad, etc. But this takes care of the "sweet" added to dressings, and combined with miso and the rest it sounds great. I love the way you make recipes so easy 🥰

My partner and I like potato salad – we started with mayo, then moved to vinaigrette, then Starch Solution mayo. I think this sauce looks like an alternative dressing.
