Cute video. My middle son was a wiggly worm too. He ended up having an amazing core. I highly recommend getting him into some sort activity in which a good core is essential. He'll be a top athlete in no time. 😉 Have fun with him! Boys are a lot of fun (we have 3!). Be careful with changing that little guy up high. I had to catch my boy by the leg once. 😆

I don’t get to watch these live because I live in Europe and I need my sleep haha. But a bit of advice for anyone reading this who has a low spice tolerance. I’ve never had a super low spice tolerance (I saw someone comment that they found black pepper spicy) but the way to build your spice tolerance is through exposure. If you find black pepper spicy, start adding it to your food a couple of times a week. When you get used to that, start adding some mild peppers like jalapenos to your food. And once in a while, eat something super spicy, that really makes your eyes water and your nose run. It’s the best way to increase your spice tolerance and you’ll be glad that you did it because some of the “spicy” ingredients give your food really great flavours that you’ve been missing out on.

Happy New Year to everyone at Well Your World. All the best in 2023!

My new year's resolution is to add a couple of new, easy plant base meals to my rotation. 😋

Looking forward to picking out some recipes from all your videos.

All the best! 🫠 from Canada 🇨🇦 ❤

Preach it, Reebs! Then there is the actual lack of daylight. The sun, even if he deigns to shine, sets at 4:30!! Who wants to do anything out of doors then? BUT…Spring Equinox countdown? 74 Days 🌷

I totally get Reeb's meaning of winter here in AZ. It is dark, cold, and gloomy and who wants to do anything fun or active then. A bar or restaurant is it. I thrive in the summer.
