Hey! I’ve been watching your videos for while now and making the majority of your recipes and they definitely helped me stay on track! About a month ago I broke my leg and stuck to the anabolic lifestyle food wise and it has greatly helped me maintain my physique since I’m unable to go to the gym at the moment! Beginning to set up a meal plan again to reloose the 50 lb I lost before and several of your recipes are going on there! (and BTW, it is "wuss-tear-sheer" like some one is wimpy (wuss), shed a tear, and see through (sheer))

I added this to my rotation before I even watched the video. The other protein pasta and the Asian hamburger helper (what I call it) are a constant and they are so good. I've been steady at 210 all summer and while that's not my end goal it's going to be the first time I went through a summer in a while where I didn't gain 5 or 10 lbs. Not gaining weight in the middle of the summer madness is a victory unto itself.
