Easy tip, when you are adding the cheese, move the whole pot away from the heat because that sometime caused the cheese to curdle or even separate which is just heartbreaking when you put that much love into it😭 but I KNEW what recipe you are making from the cheese types no joke😂😂😂😂

I have used Laura Vitale’s recipe. When you add the milk add it slowly while whisking. Then take it off the heat & add the cheese while whisking! Then you add the pasta in slowly. That recipe has never failed me!!
