My initial guess was 425. So not terribly far off. Groceries are extremely expensive right now. I have your budget planner with the envelopes and that helps keep everything in order. I still have been going slightly over budget but not much. I still have some work to do. I'll get there!

I did not know Costco sold fresh mozzarella. I don't think I've seen the string cheese either. I get not every store will have everything, but are both of these things in the "cheese" section or are they more by the deli with some of the their speciality items? Thank you! My guess is $500
