Do you have to add protein powder?

EDIT: I didnt add protein powder to the milk and when I cooked the bread in the pan it stuck and got extremely soggy. I then took my own initative and decided to make french toast out of them ( coat it in egg) and add yummy cinammon sugar. This was just my experience, but i would love to know how it went for you guys!! Xxx

    Ingredients:
    2 slice of bread
    Biscoff spread
    100ml milk
    ½scoop speculoos whey protein
    ½tsp vanilla
    1tbsp sugar or sweetener
    ½tsp cinnamon

    1) Cut the crusts off of your bread slices.

    2) Spread a layer of Biscoff spread over one of the slices.

    2) Put the other slice on top to make a sandwich and cut it into cubes.

    3) Whisk together the milk, whey protein and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.

    4) Dunk the squares into the mix and drip off any excess.

    5) Toast them in a pan on a low heat until both sides are golden brown.

    6) Mix together the sugar/sweetener and cinnamon in a small bowl and coat the bites in the mix on each side.

    7) Enjoy!
