Thank you for this video, I tried this dish out today and it was very tasty!
Was your valve set on seal for steam? I’m assuming it was on seal for pressure. Thanks for posting! This is my favorite dish too! 😊
I just made this, with just a slight variation (used Korean bulgolgi sauce from a jar). Worked great. The spareribs were super tender. Moist, too. I finished on high heat for a few minutes in a wok with onion, garlic, and green onion. My wife remarked, "This is delicious." Thank you for all of your easy-to-follow recipes.
Hi Angela. What’s the diameter of your stainless steel dish?
very cool, double the beauty in one video. All teasing aside you are my first choice in looking for a Instant pot recipe. I appreciate your manner, your simplicity as well as you keep your ideas and instruction well under ten minutes.

Marry Me!
Can we steam 2 lbs of spare ribs? Need to cook for big family. I like to use the salted, dried black beans that come in a bag and I do not add extra salt as it's salty enough. Thanks for your recipe.
it does not stir
I can i use the regular black beans instead ?
For the pressure cooking, did you add any water to the main pot?
Can I just put the ribs straight into the original stainless steel pot and not use a separate bowl?
This made me seriously hungry! I'll soon have friends over and an excuse to experiment. 🙂
