Every fall my MIL pulled out the huge electric roaster and made chili with all the tomatoes the neighbor gave her, buckets and buckets of tomatoes, she grew them for fun and because they looked good, crazy I know!! Made chili for an entire winter scooping it into plastic containers and putting them in the freezer. She also used it to cook up a mass amount of ground beef and put that in baggies, you could have the chili with meat or not, she used it for tacos, added cream of mushroom soup for sandwiches, spaghetti sauce, taco soup, etc. You are doing an amazing job and giving people an idea of what people with challenges can accomplish. Don't worry about using your hands, we all do it, we are cooking for family, I taste off the same spoon and no one has died yet. I have to make that chicken in the crockpot. Thanks for the link to the 4 oz cups, I make my own single-serving jello and pudding and used to use the small I Can't Believe it's Not Butter containers my mom gave me, those are long gone, I mixed them up in a measuring cup and pour a quarter cup in each container. Ask your vet about nutritional yeast, I hear it's good for their digestion. Great video!!!

I'm definitely going to have to try that Fiesta chicken. I used to dog sit and make the dog's meals. 1 lb hamburger with 2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables lasted almost a week. He was on a special diet due to heal issues. He also was allergic to turkey.
