    Lol, no, that person means the temperature 🌡️ outside! Some people don't like hot food in hot weather and prefer refrigerated food like cold chicken and potato salad.

    Fabulous! I use my cast iron Dutch oven for the whole process–brown in it–add ingred, cover and bring to a boil, simmer on med heat for 45 min

    I know produce sections can be scary sometimes but it's always good to get onions preferably organic and if you can't find any? Garlic never can have too much garlic around… Even if it goes bad it pulls the toxins and mold out of the air… Try leaving some heads around in places where you have mildew, bathroom or laundry room , next to your sink sponge? And notice the difference… quick hack for garlic bread is just make toast crispy, and rub a raw garlic clove directly onto it until it disappears.. to your taste

    I know I am late to the party but on liners…I used them because the crock is so heavy and I have strength issues in my hands and arms due to nerve damage.
