    Lulu I applaud how healthy you eat. I do as well, I have actually always eaten healthy (and mainly veggie except for chicken and fish for protein along with soy based products like tofu). I did however, have a bit of a health scare 4 years ago, and adjusted my food even more, so was wondering if you have such a strict diet plan due to a particular health scare or concern, especially considering the number of supplements you take. (I only take 3 supplements). Am also wondering what the final measurement of weight is that you prep all your meals to? I also won't use teflon and prefer filtered water. Also congratulations on 13.4K subscribers! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼I'm sure you'll earn a YouTube button soon due to how relatable you are to our age group.

    How did you determine the types of food and amounts, like 1 lb mixed veg and 5 oz of rice, .5 oz of oil? Did you follow a particular nutritionist? I’m looking forward to your video on your supplements. I’d like to know how you determined the mix you use. I’m asking a lot! Take your time! I love following as you make it all work. ❤

    Yeah you are in Indiana. Today Saturday we are in Shreveport Louisiana. It piured earlier and highways were closed due to flooding …i have never seen this on a highway. What a mess! We made it to a Cracker Barrel for the night.
    Oh, i cannot get over how much food you eat twice a day …Idont think that I could do eat that much. Just sayin. Thats me. I enjoy watching and listening to you. Time for bed. I did have a small salad for my dinner. Love your daughters saying!. 👍😉 Stay safe.

    Hey now. Greetings from a ft van dweller and queen-ager. Agree no sink is needed. Easy tip – often when I resupply I add a bag of frozen veggies (helps keep things cold and I use the next morning – eg, frozen diced sweet potato). Enjoy your travels!

I love the way you look after yourself with regards to your foods, etc. I wish I was as disciplined Lulu – I’m a disaster when it comes to doing the right thing for my body – no discipline whatsoever.     How do you do your calculations for your food intake? Fats, veg, protein etc. Is there a protocol you follow? Just curious. I remember in an older video you mentioned you use to be overweight. Maybe you could give us a story of that journey and how and why you eat the way you do now. I think you could help alot of people! Thanks! 😊

    You may have already addressed this but could you share your eating program? I am a pescatarian/whole food plant based but I know I'm not eating the proper proportions of Grains and Veggies. I'm interested in your individual food measurements. Your Salad and dinner meal looked so good.
