I LOVE risotto. I wondered if you used your instapot and how you liked it. I remember when you got it for Christmas. I tried cooking mushroom, broccoli and cheese risotto for the first time last year, but damn it took forever. I said I'll wait until I buy an instapot. Did your MIL like it? Can't wait to see the chairs. Amelia saying buy, can't be any cuter.
Huy's friend must have been over to help move the dining room table upstairs.
The risotto looks good. We are going to make ox-tail stew tomorrow with our Instant Pot. We are still trying to perfect the recipe.

Her little shoes/boots at the park are so adorable! I've not been successful at making risotto in the past and couldn't get why people love it. But many years later, I went to a work event and they served us truffle risotto and it was so amazing!
