Nikki! Try this! Mushrooms, take the stems off. Stuff it with goat cheese and chives. Top with breading. And then! Set it in a pyrex dish and put a little bit of red wine at the bottom of the Pyrex dish and set the mushrooms in it and cook it until the mushrooms are golden on top and the cheese is melted ❤️

I make my own stock and find it to be nearly as costly and quite cumbersome to process as a stand alone drink and not in a soup, so I’m excited to try these and see if it’ll be worth it to outsource🤣
I grew up on a farm, but we didnt have farm animals (only cats), now I live with my husband and kids on our own farm and have cows, have had horses, chickens, cats and a dog…growing food and flowers and enjoying life=)

Loved this video and can’t wait to watch your family and homestead grow. We live in rural Iowa. We have a little hobby farm. We raise dairy goats, chickens and ducks and peafowl because duh, peacocks are awesome. 😉 We don’t raise any animals for meat but my husband is a hunter we fish. I’d love to hunt and fish for all of our meat, but we’re only about 50% there
You and Dan have really revived this house with all the work you've been putting in. The before and after will be amazing to see.
