Collard Greens, Black Eyed Peas and Cornbread is a good country meal. Momma made that quite a bit. I say end table, that is how I grew up it being called that. Manley tickles me helping with cooking. I'm glad you did a taste test on the pumpkin donuts because I don't like gingerbread and would have been disappointed buying it.

Your meal looked so delicious! What kind of seasoning do you use in your collards? I usually make turnip or mustard greens and always have pinto beans and corn bread with it. I can sit down with that kind of meal with no meat, but my husband thinks other wise. ๐Ÿ˜† Never have liked black eye peas. They just have a burnt taste to me. Is it just me or what? It's hard to believe it's time to start decorating for fall. Time goes by too fast! Just wait til the big 60 is getting ready to hit you. I'm 2 years away and my husband is 1 year away! It just seems like yesterday we were in our 20s and my husband in the Air Force and our kids were little. Now we have been out of the Air Force for almost 20 years! It goes by fast!
Hope you all have a great weekend!

Hello Falon & Family, We call them end tables.. Boy o boy, Black-eyed peas are a Favorite of mine..but just for me haven't made in long time..I never acquired a taste for collards but love spinach.. the grape bars sounded delicious.. Glad the crayon cleaned up. I think I was Blessed to raise 3 Sons and they never tore books are colored in or on anything but paper and coloring books. But, my oldest and 2 nephews, when 4, 3, 2, managed to reach through a hole in a garage (that belonged to the landlord) and got a hold of a can of pine tar(guess they thought paint) tarred 3 tricycles and themselves in less than 5 mins.. my sister and I liked to never got them clean. I thought it would have been easier to have 3 more than clean them up..LOL. GOD BLESS !!

Thatโ€™s a good-looking Southern supper for sure. Those donuts look fun to make. I actually have a donut pan Iโ€™ve never used. I need to look for donut mix at the store. Who knows, Manley might be a famous artist someday and you can say he designed a side table for you. ๐Ÿ˜€
