If you see this today, I was wondering if youβd say a quick prayer for me, Iβm having a heart catheterization this morning.
I'm all caught up now! I love y'all missed you over the weekend but had a good time with my best friend/hubby. Beef tips and gravy yes please π last idea I needed for my 2 weeks options. Yesterday began our eat at home. We kinda actually started September 16th at the wedding becuz we ate there. We opted for camp side cookout for our anniversary and did go to our local meat market for special meat but we cooked it lol. Sure maybe I forgot something September was busy. But I'm keeping taps now #eatathomeoctober is on!
I wish I could find apples that size. I love beef tips and gravy too. Itβs on my menu for tomorrow.

We were just talking about the cost of beef in the stores. Itβs insane. My boyfriend and his dad raise steers and it is a lot cheaper usually to buy it as a half or quarter vs in the store. And the quality is way better

All the food looks good as usual! I'm having a hard time getting into the swing of Monday. π« today's eat at home I think is going to be breakfast sandwiches and hash browns or a copycat kfc chicken mashed potato bowl. Just not sure what I want! A couple more hot days here in western PA and then it seems like it's going to cool down for good I hope!
