I'll have to try the milkadamia milk! I currently use oat milk. I went through rounds of soy, almond, and coconut but didn't like it so much with my coffee, either the taste or not as much froth.

Hi Allison! Love your videos and your positive energy. There is super many little details how to make a good milk for a latte. Starting that you should pour only enough milk into the jar that it touches the start of the spout. If it is less, milk will burn fast, if it is more, it will be too full and there is not enough room for the milk to move around. I used to work in f&b and was able to make some nice lattes at one point. Found this video, that follows pretty much the steps I was taught. Try it out! https://youtu.be/yE0krmQt5MY

My 36th birthday was January 3rd, and my partner and in laws went in on a ridiculously generous present for me – a black Smeg espresso machine! It was such a surprise, as I've never owned one of their appliances before. I read a lot about making espresso and frothing milk, but I know it's like a hobby and practice makes progress! Glad to compare what I've been doing to your/Brandon's process and learning from your video! We grind our beans manually with a ceramic burr grinder – and it's really easy for the French press (which is our other method of brewing coffee), but it takes a long time to grind espresso by hand! Going to have to figure out if it's worth it to me to grind my espresso right before each cup. Do you have any thoughts on fresh grounds versus already ground? What made you decide to choose the pour over over a French press at present? We also have a cold brew maker and it takes 24 hours to do but then you get about a litre of coffee and it is so good! We live in Canada, so we tend to only make cold brew in the late spring and summer. Anyway thanks for the lovely video!

I use my Keurig coffee maker to make a traditional cup of ground coffee with a splash of almond milk, coconut sugar, and nutpod coffee creamer. Fairly simple, however, I do have a question for you. Do you have any suggestions for using a Keurig coffee maker? How to make the beverage taste better or ways to make it healthier? (: Thank you for sharing your routine!! ❤💜
