    How I cooked the cilantro lime rice👇🏽

    2 cups jasmine rice washed, and cooked in 1 cup vegetable broth, and 1&1/4 cup water, seasoned with salt to taste. Add optional 1 tbsp of butter, and cook on low/medium heat till done, then in a separate bowl, add juice of 1 lime, and zest a 1/4 tsp of lime, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp olive oil, whisk and stir into hot steamy rice, and add 1/4 cup chopped cilantro or coriander leaves, stir and serve. 🙏🏼

    Wow this dish is international I've been looking up different things to do with kidney beans I've seen African Americans Indians Jamaicans and Hispanics all doing the same recipe the only difference is what kind of pepper do you use green chili red chili and Scotch bonnet being the most popular
