    I was watching with an Italian friend, he didn't agree with adding heavy cream and not using egg white.. and we tried the recipe, and he didn't like it, but I actually like it without egg white. I don't like the tiramisu when it has meringue texture.
    I think these tiramisu recipes are suitable for Korean taste.
