    1) Whisk together 30g melted unsalted butter, 1 large lightly beaten egg and 110ml milk until combined.

    2) In another bowl add 120g plain flour, 2tbsp caster sugar, 2tsp baking powder and 1/4tsp salt and whisk in combined.

    3) Pour the wet mix over the dry mix and whisk until thick and smooth.

    4) Let it rest for 10 minutes.

    5) In another bowl whisk together 40g light brown sugar, 2tsp cinnamon and 30g melted unsalted butter until combined.

    6) Add 1tbsp of your pancake mix to the cinnamon sugar and mix until combined.

    7) Dollop 1/4 cup of your pancake mix onto a frying pan on a low heat.

    8) Put the cinnamon sugar in a piping bag and swirl it onto the patch of pancake batter.

    9) Once bubbles form, flip the pancake and cook on the other side.

    10) Repeat steps 7-9 for all of the pancake mix and cinnamon sugar.

    11) For the drizzle, mix together 30g room temperature cream cheese, 30g softened unsalted butter and 40g icing sugar, mixing until smooth.

    12) Drizzle your icing over the pancakes.

    13) Enjoy!
