    CHOCOLATE COCONUT COOKIES
    Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
    Grease 2 cookie sheets

    In a bowl, combine:
    1 1/2 cups flour (white or whole wheat)
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup coconut
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    4 Tablespoons cocoa powder

    Add
    3/4 cup water
    5 Tablespoons oil (any oil of your choice)
    (Pour the liquids into the center, then bring in the
    dry ingredients.)

    Mix to form a stiff batter
    Spoon onto 2 greased baking sheets
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes

    WW Points:
    Entire recipe is 100 points, therefore
    divide by the number of cookies to obtain
    correct point value.
    In my case I made 33 cookies, therefore:
    3 points for each cookie
