OK, I made it last night, I admit I was hungry and forgot the Ranch dressing, cilantro and avocado, but all I tasted was the heat from the chipotle, (And husband not fond of the heat)
I am going to reheat the leftovers ,add the Ranch, cilantro and Avocado and see if that makes a difference. OK, one day later, it was less spicy, and the Ranch dressing made all the difference the Avocado was a nice touch, cilantro ehh! but I would make this again, for someone who appreciates spicy. keep them coming.

Oh my, yes!! This was SO good, you keep knocking โem outta the park!! I subbed ground chicken and chicken broth, since I had both on hand, but everything else was followed to a Tโฆ ok, except for the chipotle peppers. The recipe called for 3 but I chickened out and went with just 1. Dang, I shouldโve gone with the 3, because it gave it such a yummy smoky zing but very subdued. It was ๐ฅ though! Another hearted-and-added-to-meal-plan recipe! ๐คค๐
