    Nobody has any video of pork loin in this style the stores call pork loin country style ribs. Then tho u used shoulder its the same thing but more lean. This recipe looks absolutely incredible! Im gonna do something different though. Im just kinda mad there isnt a single video im looking for so im just gonna have to wing it.

    As a Chinese I approve this Char Siu. Also try to finely chop ginger and spring onion up, add some fine salt, pour in some hot oil and mix well to serve as a side sauce. Goes perfectly well with rice 😉

    Yes, skip the pink salt. It’s normally only used for meats that are smoked for hours (e.g., bacon).

    Also, rather than re-using the marinade for basting, just reserve 1/2 cup of the sauce before marinading for basting. That avoids cross- contamination from the raw meat.
