    Gotta try this recipe when I get a kitchen….love Korean food..especially Kim chee. Many years ago my Aunt Anna would cook delicious kosher style flanken ribs…my parents did not keep kosher we had bacon and eggs on the weekend.

    I tried this recipe yesterday and it is great! Very tasty! I have not grilled outside in quite a while. My grill skillet gets a lot of use in the house.
    It works great for NY strips, cowboy cut ribeyes, petite sirloins, and skirt steak.

    If you put the marinade and meat into a vacuum dish (food saver) and put under a vacuum, you can reduce the time from 3 hrs to less than half. You can actually see the meat pores open up while doing it.
