How i make? For flavouring i just use soya vinegar black pepper green capsicum and green chilli sauce. That's it
Still noodles taste awesome. Guys you don't need all these veggies. Those who don't have all the veggies try my way
(You can skip soya sauce too but its cheap and it's available everywhere)
Tip: try making it with butter it taste good too. Just make sure don't let the butter burn since it burns faster than oil.

This is so NOT the way to cook noodles. Over cooked soggy veggies, dripping sauces, not much space in the pan to stir the veggies enough, not much heat. Also, without MSG you will never get that savory indo Chinese taste. This preparation of yours might taste ok, but it is definitely not Hakka noodles.

Came out really nice. Just 2 observations:
    1. The flavour of Garlic is a bit subdued- any suggestion how we can ensure this comes up better?
    2. Sesame oil- was a bit overwhelming. Not sure it was because I used this for the first time . Any suggestions?
