This is different than I make mine. I use pork as Acts 10 allows for God's children to indulge in a variety of foods. Spiritually pointing to the Gospel of God, both New and Old Testament and the understanding of the new covenant. And that the Gospel was and is always meant for the Jew and Gentile (or nations).
I remove all od the seeds and stems so that I don't need to strain the flesh of the chilies and other veggies one may add.
But, this is a wonderful way tp prepare both dishes.

This Dude is going to make his lady a smashing dish because of you. I can cook but this dish is one of our favorites when we go out. I never could get the rice correct, now i know what i did. Shoot, may picky son will even like this one.
