I'm back! I took a mini week-long break to visit my mom and if felt so good. πŸ™‚ This recipe is unbelievably tasty, I'm confident the whole family will gobble it up. And if you're one person, you can make it too! Just meal prep the leftovers and freeze, that's what I did. πŸ™‚ xo – Lisa

I discovered you a few months ago and you quickly became my go to for recipes. I love that they are balanced, not too bougie and delicious! I think I’m going to make this one tonight.

Love this recipe , but I was wondering after keeping the left overs in the fridge, for day or two. Can you tell me how you would warm it up after removing from the fridge, would you microwave or put it in a oven . What the best option to heat up to get the best results . πŸ˜‹

As a drug addict living under the highway in Kenton, Ohio I must say I love this recipe. My acquaintances and I quickly worked this into our weekly dinner rotation!

Great recipe! But I have a question not regarding the recipe- why is the channel name "Downshiftology"? Ideally when one talks of 'Down shifting', you'd think of something automotive, yet this is a food related channel with nothing to do with anything automotive.
