Hello, thank you for the recipe. I will try it but I have some questions- when you used the oven is it 200 deg Celsius or Fahrenheit? Then when you cook the rice, how much water you added? Can I also transfer the liquid to rice cooker and cook the rice in rice cooker instead in pot? Also what is alternative to dried lemon? Can I use fresh lemon? Thank you

Very very nice presentation
I'm not familiar with Arabian dishes but I bought kabsa in my country but it had fried onion as toppings but it was really burnt and bitter to the whole dish. that's why I watched these videos to find out if it's really part of the recipe.

3:32 – Be careful with the 1.5 liters of water with 3 cups of rice. Even the packaging on the label says 3 cups rice = 5 cups of water. It's too much. dial down to 1 to 1.25 liters or you'll end up with a mushy lump. What a waste of expensive biryani…
