Good recipe very personable and nice. Mexican food is the best.
Maybe it's a regional thing but living in California a FLAUTA is made with flour tortillas, while a TAQUITO is made with corn tortillas. It's a big distinction since the corn tortillas fry up crispier while the flour tortillas are good for people who want it crisp but not hard…as sometimes the taquitos can be.

You really didn't go to the whole process of the recipe, the sauce very important part. the cream with avocado or the picante sauce the Mexican cheese. Many people watching do not know how to make it.
