I love those dehydrated apple chips. My Costco sells them in big bags. I will look for the boxed ones next time. I’m sorry I’m having to catch the replays but am so busy. I’ve caught 2 of your live YouTubes but I have watched everyone of the recorded ones. I love it when you are on YouTube!!

Love all the tips about WFPB no oil and traveling. What tip was my favorite? Your ‘ do the best you can and don’t beat yourself up’ I have to learn to go with the flow but try to stay as compliant as possible.
Lovely B&B and nice to have helpful hosts.

Such an accommodating chef you described, as well! Thanks for the great travel tips and detailed descriptions of the wonderful restaurant fare. Chef Julia, you've also created a very welcoming platform with this YouTube channel. Thank you so much! Namaste.🙏

Can crepes be made without flour?
    Glad you are enjoying yourself.
A little oil won’t mess your diet too much for the few days until you get back to your regular oil free diet.

    Enjoy.

I made the veggie burger today. Was good. I used brown rice as I had no millet. Thanks again.

Hey Chef Julia, enjoy your trip! I watched many episodes of the Marrs Farm and homes in Bentonville. I know they have a berry farm there and had renovated a large house to be a B&B. I think they rented it out instead. You may want to look into it. After watching the shows I wanted to move there from Raleigh NC! I like small towns

Hello from Philly! As someone that travels a lot for work, watching this is super helpful to hear how you navigate. 🙂 Thank you for posting. My name is Julia AND I'm half Japanese!
