yum thank u. I have never purchased a bottle of marinara. I always made my own even when I raised my kids. Got that from being raised in Chicago all the Italian ladies that cooked for me made their own. I have been making lasagna for years and love using all kinds of veges in it.
Chef AJ, where were you when I was growing up between Long Island and Brooklyn, NY? Of course being from an Italian-American family we were brought up on lots of mozzarella and ricotta cheeses. How my personal health journey would have welcomed this recipe all those decades ago. How grateful am I that I happened upon your YouTube channel almost 5 years ago while surfing on the internet?!? Ymmm….Disappearing Lasagna…..just the name makes for tantalizing those taste buds! lol…..wow, Chef AJ, I'd always thought that you had to boil the noodles first but seeing ya here put them on still dry, its easier!
