Oh wow! Looks so yummy. I don't have any whipped cream cheese but think I may add in the Boursin cheeses that I DO have. Any recipe with cheese and pasta can't be bad. Love it!

And for everyone suggesting mushrooms, yes that would be a great addition. But Catherine doesn't care for mushrooms and that's why you don't see them often. But for those of us who do like mushrooms, I think they would be great in this dish. π
