    I'm making this cobbler right now. I had to improvise way more than usual lol. I only had unsalted butter (bought it on accident) so I salted my butter. Then I had no self rising flour, so I made that to. Then I realized I was not going to make it on sugar..so in the batter I used half stevia haha. Sure hope it turns out well after all that!

    Hey southern? I live on Long Island New York. We have peach trees. The old country people made cobblers โ€ฆ. Peach , blue berry , strawberry rhubarb ( strawberry colored rhubarb, no berries ) etc. I had a great aunt made quince and fig cobblers. So what is southern about your peach? I truly would like to know.
