First take some cupcake pans(I used small ones but you can use the larger ones too) and spray them down with some cooking spray.
Next: to make the crust some graham crackers and make crunch the up till they are a sandy powdered. Then you want had 3 1/2 of tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of butter. Mix that all up together and put it in the cupcake pans and press down firmly. Then you want to put this in the freezer while we make the filling!
For the filling you want to take 1 and 1/2 of a stick of cream cheese. Beat this till fluffy! The add 7 ounces of sweetened condensed milk. 2 1/2 teaspoons, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and mix all of this together. The take your crust and put the filling on top of the crust and place in the fridge over night.
If you want to make a a topping you can mix together cut up strawberries and jam or just place a strawberry!
