I wonder if you could prepare this ahead of time to take to work for example by combining all the ingredients except for the protein powder in a bowl and microwaving it before adding the protein powder. Has anybody tried that? I don’t eat breakfast until I get to work but this is too many steps to perform in my office kitchen.

I always add cardamom, a pinch of ginger & turmeric to my oats as well. I am a raisin and dried cranberries girl in oats, throw back from my childhood.

My absolute favorite breakfast is oatmeal. I add all kinds of toppings, but never even thought of cauliflower and egg whites. Now I get LOTS of protein, a vegetable and a grain!! How efficient πŸ˜„ and delicious. Thanks!!

We are all sinners and we have all fell short of our sins. Our sins will cost us our souls, for the wages of sin is death. There is GREAT NEWS. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ died on the cross, was buried, and rose on the third day to save you from the destruction of your sins. For sins yields to death, without believing in the gospel, accepting Jesus into your hearts, repenting and turning away from your sins, your souls will not enter into Heaven. Your souls will be casted into hell for eternity.

Jesus is returning soon, but time is severly short. This world and what it has to offer is fleeting away as I type this, however the word of God stands forever. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He loves you and thought about you since the beginning of creation, and every moment that lead up to him on the crucifixion on the cross. Accept him now. Build a personal and deep relationship with him. God Bless you.πŸ’›

Hi Dani, got a question for you, what kind of protein powder do you recommend? Pea or whey protein powder? πŸ€” I've been told to include more protein in my diet(in my smoothies is how I like it) but I am getting confused on which one to buy. Thanks for your help, I love all your recipes ❀️

I just made it for my picky 3 yr old granddaughter with apple, banana, cinnamon and sunflower butter. She is gobbling it up. Thanks so much. I love sneaking in healthy food for the finicky eaters!
