only changes I'd make is cut the mushrooms smaller and use different mushrooms… remember folks, if it costs more,there's probably a reason, shitake,portabella, lions mane etc can really open up a new mushroom world for your taste buds,so many mushrooms have their own flavor and texture, afterall there's approximately 3000 edible types of mushrooms on earth…dont limit yourself.
