Hey guys! I hope you enjoy this mashed cauliflower recipe. It really highlights the versatility of cauliflower – and don't forget I have a video for cauliflower rice (and lots more cauliflower recipes on my website). I'll be in NYC next week, so no video, but I've got the much requested spice drawer organization video coming soon! Keep your eyes peeled. – xo, Lisa

I have been making cauliflower mash for about a year and use it at least twice a week . I cook the florets in water for 20 minutes , drain and using a potato masher get the rest of the water out . I add garlic salt , pepper plus a tablespoon of cream cheese and butter and whipping cream , back on a low heat and using a whisk for coarse or an immersion whisk as per the video for creamy . So versatile and TOTALLY KETO

Hi Lisa! The easiest way to steam cauliflower is to use the zero minute setting on high pressure of an Instant Pot. Perfect every time. Use 1/2 cup water in the inner pot, add steamer basket and the cauliflower florets. Close lid and make sure the lid is in sealed position. Set to high pressure for zero minutes. When Instant Pot reaches pressure, it will read zero. Using QPR, quick pressure release, release all remaining pressure. Cauliflower is perfectly steamed and ready to eat or use in recipe. Thanks for a great recipe!

Bleach. I made this with the baked chicken thighs (yum) and zucchini fries. I took a couple tastes but could finish the scoop on my plate. I’ll eat it steamed, roasted or grilled. Never again mashed

I love your videos and your kitchen. I know you said you’re not low carb but I saw your meal prep week and I would like to ask you if you can make a video of keto meal prep for the week… so you dont have to cook everyday… just a few hours during the weekend. Thank you
