This is a non existent menu in mexico we Mexicans dont do casseroles . Hatch chillies are a New Mexico thing . We like our beans to be pintos and smashed unless they are charros. What is this salsa con queyso .corn bread?
I love your video! I love my 6qt. Crock! I owned a 3qt Instant Pot mini next which I don't love, lol! Thank God it quit! I got the 4qt Crock and it works crazy good! I just cooked a 6lb. Chicken which fits perfectly in the bottom laying flat. Can't do that in an INSTANT POT! It came to pressure within 5 min with 1 cup water! If you don't have this you need one!! I look forward to seeing what you do with your pot!! Thanks for the video because I your it!
