Thank you for your recipe. I tried it once and I love it!! Been baking 4xs already with this recipe. I alter some of the ingredients, sugar 50-100g (coz i dont like sweet), oil 1 cup, and lime zest 1tsp. Perfect for me❤️
Made this cake with cream cheese frosting for my husband’s birthday and it was a great hit. I reduced the sugar to 2/3 of a cup and added chopped walnuts (left out the raisins)

i made this in 170 degrees,40mins only and it was perfect

Lovely cake. I baked for 55 min at 170 degree, that was enough. I used only bottom element.
