To skip the ad go from 2:09 to 4:00! Wow, thanks! Canned salmon, Dijon, salt, an egg, gelatin, worchester sauce or Old Bay Seasoning. Any amounts? Then sprinkle with dill, or add sour cream. Yum….
Thank you! Made this for dinner tonight! My first time using salmon!
I make salmon waffles and chicken waffles. Haven’t tried the sardines yet. I have to get my nerve up. 😂
Oh this is a great idea!!!!
When you said you went through several Dash mini waffle makers, do you mean they eventually broke down?
I love Red Alaskan Salmon.
This looks interesting. I make Salmon burgers but this is even healthier due to the lack of breadcrumbs.
Going to give it a try.
Oh my goodness, that looks good! Thanks, Anita, 💖
High Calcium and bone minerals for osteoporosis…
I've done this with tuna quite often. I've added dill and cheese and topped with a dollop of mayo. I hadn't thought about salmon. 🤪It's so convenient for work lunches! 😋
I still love the chicken in the window with the tomatoes. Thank you for keeping that as a part of the show.
I had a little mini dash, and I found it a pain to clean, especially when it occasionally overflowed. So I bought a full sized waffle maker with removable plates. This one didn't have an anti overflow channel, so it was also a pain to clean when it overflowed. Then I got one with the anti overflow channel, but I mistakenly thought it had removable plates, because I wasn't paying enough attention. I finally found one with BOTH the removable plates and the anti overflow channel, and I am happy with it. It can still overflow occasionally, but it isn't as hard to clean, even when it does. The brand is elechome.
I had sardine Pattie’s for breakfast this morning….delicious!
👍👍👍👍👍👍
I love CRISPY WAFFLES. I’m making these. I make salmon/sardines pattie’s about once a week. They are delicious. I think I’ll try the waffle & add sardines with the salmon. Even can chicken could be used. I made chicken nuggets the other day with can chicken, cheddar cheese, & egg. They were good. Can chicken has a strong smell to me so I have to rinse it off and drain it. Thanks for sharing. ❤️🕊️
I developed a new carnivore waffle this week and they are terrific. I would so eat SARDINE and salmon waffles. Can't wait to make these. Thanks again for doing these varieties and being always creative❤ I used my big waffle iron. Those little chaffle minidash waffle makers are annoying.
I don't eat traditional red meat, so I really appreciate this recipe. ❤
Yum! I hadn't thought about using my salmon patty mixture and cooking it in the Dash waffle maker, but that is a good idea for crispy little waffles. I grew up with my mother making salmon waffles on a regular occasion and she would use the canned salmon that was in the store. I am also going to try the gelatin as another stabilizer as saltines are not on the menu anymore.
love new kitchen
How much protein can bodies absorb at one meal 30 grams I thought so what good does it do to eat over that at one setting a little confused thanks great video
Sardine waffles have become a staple in my life since you first introduced them.
Excellent idea! I usually make salmon patties that we fry! I’m going to give this a go!! ❤the apron!’
💓💓💓
I make salmon patties once a week. Anita this is a brain storm you have come up with. Now I can just make waffles! Thank you ❤
I might try it will tuna. I made a tuna burger and it was so good
Where oh where are the promisesd macros? Not in transcript or under your name?
Great recipe ideas, thanks Anita ❤
I have a muffin tin and I have made salmon cakes in the past with almost this exact recipe, and now Im inspired to try and make it in the waffle maker. ❤😂
Yea! My next meal and I may add cod livers to it.
That looks yummy! Would crushed pork rinds either mixed in or coated on add some crunch??
They look great. I will try them soon. Perhaps I will add sardines as well.
