Missed the Live – awww. Have not had one single snack in 82 days. Soooo might need to make these recipes part of my 2 daily meals. Brown Butter Bites look sooo yummy. I have an Egg Pod for my boiled eggs. 8 minutes in the microwave then shake and shells slide right off. Thx Courtney.

First time watching. Good video. Suggestion on your butter bites. Put molds on cookies sheet. Place a 1T chunk of butter in each cell. Place in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes or 350 for 20-25 minutes. Remove when it's the color you like. No melting butter, no stiring to get the browned pieces evenly distributed, NO CLEAN UP. Just make sure your cells are big enough for 1T or adjust the size of your butter chunks. Let cool then place in the freezer until solid enough to remove from mold.

I'm watching the replay. I do my bacon the same way and made egg cups with bacon and cheese. I also made some brown butter bites. My hubby woke up this morning asking me to make him 2 steaks he took out last night and boil him 12 eggs. I mean, who don't want to air fry steaks and boil eggs and get ready for work at 4am Monday morning? I'm just happy I'm converting him! I did it just because I don't want him eating shit all day and he asked so sweetly!❤️💯
