    My dad ran a cafeteria at a nuclear plant. Their kitchen had a 50 gallon pressure cooker. We could mae beef tips for 400 people. I never forget about using a pressure cooker. I think crock pots can dry meat out sometimes.

    Better yet, if you got a bit of extra time and a Dutch oven, do the same, but cook it in the Dutch oven for about 4 and a half hours.

    So dang tender, and it even gets some bark!
