I drink coffee and still get very vivid dreams, so not sure there is actually a correlation. Have you tried stoping the vitamin D for a couple of weeks and see if you get better? I really wish I could speak with you! Vitamin D is a hormone and a steroid. When you get tested, you get tested for D2, but then you are supplementing with D3. It’s another big pharma lie and is extremely damaging.

That's good to hear it sounded like you're doing better with the Ghee. Hope that continues to be the case for you. If so, that could reveal plant Lectins and the equivalent agglutinins in animal products were among the most likely cause of your skin problems. Then it's just a matter of finding what else you're eating that isn't right for you and as any issues arise. You might not have to stay Lion Diet forever.

3 weeks – way to go Neah! I've been diligently recording my dreams upon waking up too since switching to Lion. Some have been outright bizarre, but it's fun trying to understand them. I did a brisket cook recipe video on my channel a while ago – search there for Brisket and it might give you some ideas.

I haven't watched this video, but in regards to parasites, you should look into the company called Cellcore Biosciences. They have the best supplements on the market regarding parasites. You do have to go to a practicioner who uses Cellcore though in order to buy the products as far as I know. They're also great for mold, lyme, fungus, etc.

As a carnivore, people need to understand that ALL plants are poisonous. A little poison is no different than lots of poison. It took me time to understand this but after listening to Dr Anthony Chaffee…I get it. For autoimmune it is better to do the beef, water, salt no supplements for four months. After four months, you will have given your body enough time to adapt. THEN you can add and take away as you need.

If you don't really know- if you really have parasites ( poop must be taken to a lab, to really find out, you can't guess at it ). Black Walnut is natural , it is heavy duty . Do not do a parasite cleanse, unless you really know .

Interesting! I find my hair is a thinning a good bit on the carnivore/lion diet! I did lion for 2 weeks. Went Carnivore for a week and now working my way back to lion diet as of yesterday. I noticed in video footage my skin got worse as I went more ruminate only meats so honestly idk what’s up. I’m just trying to find my groove and feel my best! Heal my skin…
You’re right girl-dreams are INTENSE on this 🥩 only trip🤣
