    I did this recipe after watching your video. Yummy! I added a little spinach and some slightly cooked chicken sausage. I also added chicken broth on top of jars. Thx for a great video

    Soaking them decreasing the saccharides in beans. That is a sugar and is indigestible by people. It is the thing in beans that make us toot. Just soaking them 8-12 hours and rinsing them every 3 can dramatically reduce the sugar starch. I’ve only heard that baking soda helps to reduce these sugars as well during the soak.
