I did it, made the pizza meatloaf, and now am providing nourishment to the horde. I did one other thing to help getting the meatloaf out of the pan. I took a length of aluminum foil long enough to hang over the sides of the pan. Then I folded the foil in half lengthwise, filled pan , put on the lid and folded the part that overhung the sides of the pan, tucking ends over. The foil will act as a trivet to get the pizza out of the pan for better presentation. Yum yum! 👍🤗
