To get that unnatural Tbell ground beef consistency, I throw it in the food processor after browning. Because sometimes you just want that weird fast food. 😆
If you want the beef right, I'd really recommend making a cornstarch slurry and giving it final simmer with some water while continuing to break up the beef even more. It'll pretty closely recreate that nice sludge texture.

Homemade corn tortillas heat up well in the microwave using wet paper towel. Rick Bayless has a great video on it.
Dead ass. Mandalined, super thin green cabbage with a little lime is so much better th an lettuce. Promise you. Better flavor, better crunch, and some amount of nutrience if that matters to you. Works for every dish that is hot. So not for cold cut sandwiches, but literally everything else. Try it.

I have one quibble. I understand putting cheese next to the meat, but cheese on top is critical — cold shredded cheese has a great texture
This was a lot of fun. Two of my favorite youtubers collaborating. One thing is that there were so many ads. I get that it was a long video but it was almost every 6 minutes. I stopped after about 20 minutes and just turned my ad blocker on. I'm happy to support normal videos but this was far too much. I will be using ad blocker with Ethan from now on.

Your style of washing the dishes is extremely inefficient and water wasting. I mean I'm not eco-fanatic, but you could just cut the idle water running time or optimize your washing routine. Other than that, I love you experiments and testing videos, keep up the good work.
