I love you all!!!!! TBH I’m not a fan of fishy foods, and that is why I don’t like my soup to have a strong fishy taste, you have the option to add the shells, head and tail of your shrimp and boil it with your corn for a strong shrimp taste or you can simply add fish stock instead of water, I’m showing you the way I like it! Keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, you can always adjust it to your taste! this is the way I was taught and I really hope you enjoy this recipe as much as me and my family do

Looks Delicious! You should share a caldo with catfish! My in-laws from Michoacan make a tremendous one. You can leave the head out so everyone doesn't give you a thumbs down! Lol
